I have decided to run a competition at Shotgun (subject to the admin's blesssing).
It will take form of a "Top Trumps" tournament using a special pack of cards featuring Intel motherboards (with ratings such as PERFORMANCE, and UPGRADABILITY). It is really cool when you win because the card you had features a motherboard with more USB ports than your opponent!
The winner gets a prize, maybe a processor+mobo or something, I'll see what I an dig out. Sign up for the compo here!
The official Admin view on this (i.e. the only one that matters, i.e. mine ) is that this is possibly one of the most frighteningly bad marketing games ever. Positively brimming over with gimp-y-ness.
That doesn't mean that I won't be playing for drinking penalties, of course

Like it Baron!!! However i dont think you need to aim that at me, i think mr Hair would do better reading it
However, i do think that we should "invest" in that book purely for the information regarding PREVENTING POWER OUTAGES, but i very much doubt it would detail not using a hand drier in the bog!!!
With all that said, i think people should take a leaf out of the shotgun book of "How to make a LAN rock". I believe Shotgun is the pinnacle of LAN-age fun! It doesn’t matter that i have never been to another LAN event, i stick to the best one.
Now, after all that arse licking do i get in for free or is it spaff-ing time for the admins?!?!?!

Who is more attractive?
Wilma or Betty?
Yes very quick, im surprised no-one else picked up on that pun!
Yeah, fewer people for me makes it better as they tend to want to have a laugh more than other LAN's (so i have heard but cant say for certain!). Half the fun for me is the big games plus the social piss-about aspect which i think SG does well!
