CPU slient fan

Guys and Gals,

Could any of you please direct me to a site that deals with slient cooling fan as i cant seem to fine anywhere that deals with them! Found the PSU and larger fans but no CPU fans (heat sinks optional!).

QuietPC would be the most obvious choice, though you can get them at OCUK but I have suffered indiffernt service from them...
