So where do people work?
I'm bored at work.... So, I thought I'd ask where everyone else works:
I work at Biffa (As in the bins), in the office... its pretty boring, the only saving grace being the internet \o/

Actually, as of a month or so, I'll be working for Eurotherm, writing software for them, which is nice.

Ah but yesterday I was Ripper's lifeguard, as we met on a Desert Combat server by some amazing fluke, Skull Ripper and I mashed the enemy into oblivion, it was very funny! They kept flying into my stingers!
Oh and guess where I work? <--------- Clue: look left!

Jobs?
I spend most of my time doing people favours; mostly helping them move in, do their floors n' walls, unblock drains n' do lawns. Last few paid jobs I had were in an offie, removing Artex n' working in a kennel.
I'll be stiff, turning green and stinkier before I work in front of a computer, thems for games n' pix of ladies. Still, I'm off to look for me next job ... probably involve shit one way or another. Buggrit.

well, i work for southampton city council, which means i can confirm that local government doesn't work from the inside either.
oh, the job is pretty boring too - officially i'm a 'network technician', but in reality they only took me on to do novell client upgrades on _EVERY SINGLE PC_ in the whole council (thats alot). did i mention it was boring? :p
oh, of course - the client upgrades could be done automatically - this is an IT job after all, but since there are so many very old pcs (p75s anyone?) running even older oses (win95..) so many would have died it would take so long to clean up that they might aswell send someone around to do it manually, at least then i can fix them as they break.
oh, the network, although impressively large, is slightly crap and keeps breaking too.
