I dragged this gem out of my cd collection a coupla days ago.
It must be played at shotgun!
If you'ce never heard of it...it was the first full 3D RTS, and you can custom research, design and build all of your units. Quality game

isn't that the one which was like Carrier Command on the amiga? that was a kick ass game, used to spend hours playing it with jasba when we were little-uns

It's got online play so I think it's TCP/IP friendly...I'll check

Well I've been poking about....seems the built-in LAN options are IPX, but I don't see any reason why you can't just set up an internet game and use LAN IPs, not tested yet though.
It doth rock though. Being able to produce weedy, pathetic little hovercrafts with huge bombard cannons on em, or massive hulking great tanks with any weapon you want, adds so much to the mp variety. The more I play this game, the more I realise how far ahead of it's time it was...class
