madex had a poke around on your routers settings last night, couldnt see anything staring me in the face to do with firewall settings, i think it just means NAT when it says firewall at least thats what i can make out from the manual
the only step i have managed to make is you are now "ping"able but still no access to port 21
port forwarding and DHCP supposedly dont work together, i tried disabling DHCP and seeing if it would let me access the ftp then, but again no access
you might need to disable dhcp and also disable DMZ (de-militarised zone, basically every port was forwarded to your ip, not sure if this was a help or a hinderance) and just go with port forwarding
ive returned everything back to its original settings before i touched it so hopefully everything should be working tomorrow, if not this is here to tell you what i did
basically just try disabling DHCP and dmz and only run port fowarding then restart the router set your machines IP to a static one, then recheck the FTP's settings and if that still fails then i dont think its doable, perhaps your isp has a block on that sort of thing i dunno
thats all i can come up with for now
