C'mon at least get it right, mod chips wont let you play PC games, although they will let you run homebrew software which might include xbox ports of pc games (quake2 for example).

The australian courts threw out a case involving MS vs some mod chip dude, because MS couldn't prove that the mod chip was soley for stopping piracy (i.e. it stops people buying games outside of the country too)
