remote desktop

hiya guys i know you are a knowlegable lot so will ask here first but is there any way of enabling my windows 2000 server (non server edition lol) with remote desktop so my xp machine can access it and its programs, currently it seems i can only do this the other way around which isnt much use for what im after and although an upgrade to xp on the server would fix this im just wondering how lazy i can be on that front. The remote desktop installer for all o/s's on xp disks plus the microsoft site is client only btw so just that component wont help
